Lee graduated from the University of Missouri in December 2008 with a print and digital news journalism degree. He has completed several professional internships, most recently at the Missouri Capitol with The Associated Press.
Lee focuses on local/state government reporting, and he uses computer-assisted reporting techniques to maximize the benefit of public documents. He likes producing journalism that serves the public interest and helps people become more informed about, and more likely to participate in, their government.
This blog will contain mostly personal thoughts and opinions, with the occasional journalistic post thrown in for your enjoyment. Or it might have something else.
Lee collects keychains, stamps and license plates. He also collects books and tries to read most of them. He hopes to pick up tennis again. He grew up near Austin, Texas. As such, he has a soft spot in his heart for Tex-Mex, barbecue and warm climates.
